Well-appointed, the villa has facilities for six guests
to have a relaxing and luxurious stay. The living
rooms and bedrooms all have air conditioning, but Pissouri's lovely sea breeze
is a perfect way to cool the villa, even in summer.
We
provide a welcome folder with comprehensive information about the villa
appliances, and the local area. There is also a
collection of guide books and maps. To enable you to
book restaurants and taxis,
we offer you use of a local mobile phone.

Downstairs
The
main living areas are open-plan, and furnished in a
contemporary style. The lounge has comfortable seating and views
through patio doors of the pool and garden. There is a
32" lcd tv with Sky satellite television showing the
main UK Freeview channels. There is a dvd player, and a hi-fi, with
cd player, ipod/mp3/usb/sd card connection and radio, along with a
dvd and cd library. Linux pc with wi-fi access to
pay-as-you-go broadband internet
(currently €10 per week).
The
dining area features a circular glass dining table with
central 'Lazy Susan'. Again
there are views of the pool and garden, with patio doors
leading onto the terrace.
Kitchen
appliances include a dishwasher, gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge-freezer,
kettle and toaster. You will also find a comprehensive range
of crockery, glassware, cutlery, cookware and utensils.
Next
to the kitchen is a separate utility room with microwave. washing
machine, sink, iron and board and clothes airer. Guests
have access to an electronic safe for storage of passports
and valuables.
There
is also a downstairs cloakroom.
Electrical
sockets and voltage in Cyprus is the same as the UK, so for
UK visitors there's no problem about bringing your own
gadgets. |

Upstairs
All
the bedrooms have balconies: two facing the sea, the
other with views up the valley towards the Troodos
Mountains. The sea-view balconies have bistro tables and
chairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room,
and the other two bedrooms share the family bathroom, which
contains a bath with a shower. There are basin vanity units,
mirrors and shelves in both bathrooms.
The
bedrooms each have ample built-in wardrobes containing
hanging space, drawers and shelves. The
master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the other bedrooms
have twin beds. Each room has a dressing table, bedside units,
lamps and hairdryers. There is an ipod/mp3 docking clock
radio in the master bedroom. Bed linen and
towels are pure Egyptian cotton. |

Garden
The
large 9m by 4m private pool varies from 1m to 2.1m in depth
and features Roman steps at the shallow end for easy access.
Inflatables and 'noodles' are available to enhance your
enjoyment of the pool. An outdoor shower allows you to
rinse off before and after bathing, and to clean sandy feet after
visiting the beach.
The secluded garden has a lawn area which is ideal for
family games such as boules, Jenga and skittles
(provided). Completely screened by hedges for privacy, the garden
has flowering shrubs, trees and scented climbers, along with fruit
trees in the front garden. Take your pick of areas of
shade and sun throughout the day, with the regular sea breeze
tempering Cyprus's summer heat.
Garden
furniture includes six sun loungers with comfortable cushions, and a
outdoor dining table covered
by a shady pergola. There is also a large gas
barbecue.
For
warm evenings outdoors, the garden has terrace and garden lights, with fairy lights over the dining table.
Underwater pool lights make late-night swimming an experience
not to be missed.
The
driveway to
the side of the villa has a vine-covered pergola providing shade
for your car. |
