The rental rate depends on season and occupancy level. Each season there are two weekly rental rates; one for up to 4 guests, and a slightly higher rate for 5 or 6 guests. (Lower occupancy bookings preferred). We try to be flexible about changeover days, allowing the possibility of, for example, 10-day rentals. In this case, or where a stay spans two different rates, the rental is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
We can provide a travel cot, if needed, for an additional charge.
Terms and Conditions
- Strictly NO SMOKING in Ampeli Villa or the garden, please.
- We provide a welcome pack of grocery basics and local wine.
- Bed linen and bath towels supplied (changed weekly with mid-stay clean for 2 week rentals).
- Please provide your own pool / beach towels.
- Guests have use of a local mobile phone for booking restaurants and taxis.
- Internet access via pay-as-you-go WiFi (connection permitting). Payable locally, if required. Click here for rates and further information.
- Fair use of the A/C is included (occupied rooms, windows closed, suggested temperature).
- A £200 security bond is payable (in case of damage or breach of terms). Refunded after your stay, if everything is OK.
