The rental rate depends on season and occupancy. Each season there are three weekly rental bands according to the number of guests. (Lower occupancy bookings preferred). We try to be flexible about changeover days, allowing the possibility of, for example, 10-day rentals (depending on how these fit with existing bookings). In this case, or where a stay spans two different rates, the rental is calculated pro-rata.
Rentals include complimentary welcome pack, bed linen, indoor towels, lounger towels, air conditioning and WiFi. No added extras... unless you choose to add a mid-stay clean - supplement payable locally.
To enable us to offer competitive rates and a more personal service, we do not use booking agencies.
We no longer pay to advertise on Owners Direct and Holiday Lettings since they were taken over by HomeAway and TripAdvisor. We want direct contact with our guests without unnecessary booking fees being imposed on them. More: TrustPilot reviews (links above).

£50 discount per additional week.
In fairness to guests booking well in advance - often repeats wanting to be sure of preferred dates - our rates are not open to negotiation. Before we set next season's rates, early bookers can take advantage of current ones. This also facilitates flight booking as soon as they are released - normally at the most cost-effective fares.
Exception: We may discount in the event of a late cancellation - which we would advertise here, by emailing past guests and subscribers, and via social media - with the aim of being able to refund the original guest.
We have a travel cot and high chair - no charge. We only ask that you bring your own cot bedding.
Rental rates are for the entire property.
