Location
Pissouri Bay, (sometimes also referred to as Pissouri Jetty), is 25 minutes east of Paphos, or west of Limassol, along the A6 motorway. About 4 km from the larger hilltop settlement of Pissouri Village.
Airports
Paphos 30 km, 20 minutes, Larnaca 110 km, 70 minutes. Both routes are easy motorway drives.
Taxi Transfers
A taxi from Paphos airport should cost €30 - €35, depending on your arrival time, although unless you have pre-booked, you may well find the driver trying to charge you more. As elsewhere, agree the price before entering the taxi. The (theoretical) official rates are listed by the Cyprus Tourism Organisation.
Car Hire
Pissouri Bay has enough facilities to enable you to holiday comfortably without a car. Should you wish to explore further afield, UK visitors will find motoring in Cyprus easy, as driving is on the left.
Car hire is available from many companies at both airports, and also in Pissouri itself. Petsas Car Hire is the largest Cypriot company. You can pre-book local car hire at Select Car Rentals.
If you want to pick up a car at the airport for your whole stay, (the simplest option), we recommend you use a comparison website such as Travel Supermarket.
