Booking Procedure

We aim to respond promptly, whenever possible.  If you do not hear back, please check your spam folder, then resend your enquiry.

1. Check availability calendar and complete email enquiry form.  (Please type your email address carefully.)
2. We will confirm whether your dates are available and reserve for 48 hours (on request) to allow you to book flights.
3. Booking is confirmed on receipt of completed and signed booking form together with 30% (non-refundable) rental deposit.
4. Balance of rental plus £200 security bond (in case of damage or breach of terms) is due 2 calendar months before arrival.
5. We will then send final information, directions to the villa and key arrangements.
6. We will refund the security bond, if everything is OK, within 2 weeks of your stay.
